We ship to Alaska, California, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, New Hampshire, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Texas & Wisconsin.

Shipping
We ship Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays (weather depending) using FedEx. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be charged and processed, plus the estimated shipping time frame depending on your location.
In the event an item is listed on our website at an incorrect price, or if the calculated shipping rate is incorrect due to an error, server outage, or other technical issue, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
State laws may restrict or prevent shipping wine directly to consumers in some states (see above for states we can ship to). Deliveries can only be made to physical addresses, not to Post Office boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
By placing an order for an alcoholic beverage through our website, you formally represent that you are at least 21 years of age and that the intended recipient of the shipment is at least 21 years of age. The recipient will be required to show identification that proves he or she is at least 21 years old and will be required to sign for the delivery. If the recipient cannot provide identification proving their age or the recipient’s home is vacant, the shipment will be returned to our facilities at the purchaser’s cost. There is 25% restocking fee for returns.
